Welcome to HawkHUB!


HawkHUB  is the first resource center on St. Joe’s campus. Our goal is for all members of the SJU community to have their basic needs met and their dignity validated. Rooted in our institution’s mission of being with and for others, HawkHUB strives to provide care for the whole person and prepare our students, faculty, and staff for success by minimizing food and basic needs insecurity on campus.


Basic Needs Assistance


The well-being of students is of primary importance to the learning environment. If you  have  difficulty affording textbooks, accessing sufficient food /groceries, or need information regarding affordable and safe housing, you are encouraged to fill out this form which will lead to outreach from a University Administrator who will work with you to connect you with University or external resources.

    Is there plan to set up similar services at the University city campus?

    I talked to some “Sharing excess” staff while they were distributing saved produce @ the Clark park. They have been setting up programs @ universities/colleges in Philly. They don’t think there is one for the University city campus.

      Hello! HawkHUB is currently set up at the University City campus within the Writing Center at Alumni Hall 108. I hope you can stop by soon! The hours are Monday- Thursday 12-4, Saturday 12-2, and Sunday 5-9.
