Career Closet

Why a Career Closet?

Professional clothing is an essential item for so many students, with internships, career fairs, and in-class presentations oftentimes requiring professional dress. HawkHUB has collaborated with a number of organizations on campus to bring free professional clothing for students who need them.

How does the Career Closet Work?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM-5:00PM in the Women’s Center on Lapsley Lane. The Career Closet is a no questions asked service, so drop in and take what you need. We have space to try on clothing, and we have tote bags for anything clothing you decide to take home. The Career Closet is free and accessible to all students, faculty, and staff in need of professional attire.

Does the Career Closet have only women’s clothing?

No! While located in the Woman’s Center, the Career Closet stocks clothing for all genders. Anyone is welcome to enter the space and take what they need.

Can I Donate Clothing?

Yes! The Career Closet is always looking for donations such as gently used tops, bottoms, shoes, belts, purses, and any other accessories for all genders. Donations can be dropped off in the Women’s Center during the week.

Thank you to our collaborators and sponsors!
