SJU Collegiate Challenge

Collegiate Challenge is SJU’s only summer service immersion program affiliated with Habitat for Humanity. Collegiate Challenge at SJU goes beyond the physical labor of a mission trip.  It allows students to develop a greater understanding of another culture within the United States, as well as grow intellectually and spiritually with the members of our SJU community.  It challenges students to fulfill the Jesuit Ideal of *being a man or woman with and for others *in their day to day lives.  If you’re interested in joining CC2018 apply here:

SJU’s Collegiate Challenge is a summer service immersion program affiliated with Habitat for Humanity International. The program began in the summer of 2004 with a single trip of 16 students to New Mexico and has grown each year since.  Collegiate Challenge at SJU goes beyond the physical labor of the service project.  It allows students to develop a greater understanding of another culture within the United States, as well as grow intellectually and spiritually.  It challenges students to fulfill the Jesuit Ideal of being a man or woman with and for others in my day to day life.
