E-Board Spotlight: Amanda Fanning

Amanda Fanning is the current Treasurer of the Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is an incoming Junior studying Marketing with a minor in Economics. In her role as Treasurer, Amanda manages the entirety of the organization’s finances including our annual Professional Development Day.

Outside of WLI, Amanda is a member of Alpha Phi, Phi Sigma Pi, and participates in weekly service. As a Marketing major, Amanda is passionate about corporate responsibility regarding climate change. Additionally, she is passionate about creating greater equality within the workplace where no disparity of opportunity exists between men and women. Combining her knowledge both in marketing and economics, Amanda is interested in doing market research to learn and analyze more about where and how the market moves.
